摘要 【目的】研究"桂热1号"澳洲坚果叶片的营养特性,掌握其营养规律和特点,为科学合理施肥及选育营养高效的澳洲坚果品种提供参考。【方法】选取6年生桂热1号澳洲坚果健康植株,2011年每月15日在所选20株树的东南西北4个方向,采集枝条顶部往下第2轮叶1片,分别测定N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn等9种矿质元素的含量。【结果】叶片N、P、K含量在4月均出现高峰,之后随时间推移N含量缓慢下降,P含量保持稳定,而K含量略有升高;Ca、Fe含量在4月时均有不同程度降低,之后缓慢升高,Mg含量周年基本保持稳定,而Mn含量周年缓慢降低;Cu、Zn含量4月达高峰,之后含量先减后增。【结论】桂热1号澳洲坚果生产中应及时补充N、K、Ca和Fe等元素。 【Objective】Annual variation of nine mineral elements in macadamia nuts Guire 1 was studied to capture the nutrition regulation and features and provide references for scientific fertilization and selecting nutritious high-yield macadamia nuts. 【Method】The first two round leaves of the branches of the six-year-old healthy macadamia nuts plants in the east, south, west and north directions were collected every 15th of each month in 2011. Then nine mineral elements viz., N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn were determined. 【Result】The results showed that the N, P, K content in leaves reached a peak in April, and then N content decreased, P content maintained, and K content increased slightly. Ca and Fe content decreased in April and then increased slowly. Mg content was consistent all year round, meanwhile Mn content decreased slightly. Cu and Zn content reached a peak in April, and then presented a rise-fall trend. 【Conclusion】N, K, Ca and Mg should be recommended to supplement in field.
