温和灸治疗卒中后抑郁气滞痰郁证30例临床观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察温和灸治疗卒中后抑郁气滞痰郁证的疗效。方法:选取卒中后抑郁气滞痰郁证患者60例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。2组均行脑卒中常规治疗及心理指导,治疗组行温和灸,每日1次;对照组口服盐酸氟西汀20mg,每日1次。2组均在治疗前及治疗2、4周后用HAMD、MESSS评分评定疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组神经功能改善的总有效率高于对照组;2组HAMD评分均较治疗前显著降低;治疗组MESSS评分则明显低于对照组。结论:温和灸治疗卒中后抑郁气滞痰郁证与口服盐酸氟西汀在改善患者抑郁、早醒、悲观失望等方面疗效相当,但温和灸能明显提高患者神经功能康复水平。
