摘要
锅炉长期运行,时常出现燃料炉膛内不完全燃烧现象,自主研发设计的燃油快投系统,及时准确地间断性投入进行助燃,来提高锅炉的热效率,为达到控制回路的优先级水平,远方控制回路采用继电型逻辑进行信号采集,将锅炉参数控制在正常范围之内,从而实现了控制设备的自动化控制。
The boiler frequently occurred incomplete combustion of fuel in combustion chamber because of long-term operation, in order to solve this problem, a oil quick in-service system has been independently developed, it can put into operation timely and accurate, helping to combust discontinuously, therefore improves heat efficiency of the boil- er. In order to achieve priority level of the control loop, the remote control loop adopts relay logic to collecting signal, and controlling the boiler parameters into normal range, thus ensures boiler' s security and economy, as well as a- chieves automatic control of control equipment.
