利用内耗对Ca_(1-x)Y_xMnO_3的合作Jahn-Teller效应研究

摘要 研究了电子型掺杂Ca1-xYxMnO3(0<x≤0.3)体系的磁输运性质和内耗。通过声频内耗仪研究了Ca1-xYxMnO3(x=0.1,0.2,0.25,0.3)的合作Jahn-Teller效应。当T<Tmin时,相对模量△En随着Y掺杂量的变化而变化,反映了合作Jahn-Teller晶格畸变的大小随着Y掺杂量的变化而变化。 The magnetism' s transport propertiesand internal friction of Ca1-xYxMnO3 ( 0 〈 x ≤0.3 ) system are systematically investigated. Studies on the cooperative Jahn-Teller effect in ≤ by means of frequency internal friction instrument. When the temperature below Tmin, the relative modulus A En varies with the y3 + concentration, it reveals the degree of cooperative Jahn-Teller lat- tice distortion varies with the y3+ concentration.
