摘要
普西桥水电站面板堆石坝坝高140m,设计填筑方量为384.5×104 m3,主要料源为隔界箐石料场开采料及建筑物开挖料。开工后,隔界箐石料场场内受断层影响的范围及裂隙发育的程度较设计规划阶段有大幅度增加,岩层间夹泥现象普遍;而建筑物开挖料多为软岩(泥岩),通过碾压试验确定科学合理的碾压参数。该工程于2012年3月开始按碾压试验参数坝料填筑,已完成约240×104 m3,经现场检测,填筑质量良好。
The concrete face rockfill dam of Puxiqiao Hydropower Project, 140m in height, is designed for a rock--earth filling volume of 384. 5 ×10^4m^3. It is mainly composed of quarry material from Gejieqing quarry site and excavated material from construction of structures. After commencement of the construction the area geologically affected by the fault and the development extent of fissures in Gejieqing quarry site were found significantly increased as compared with those known in the design and planning stage. What 's more, rock strata intercalated clay widely spreads and the excavated material is mostly of soft rock (mudstone). The compaction parameters have been determined by compaction test in a scientifically sound way. The dam has been filled according to the compaction test parameters since March, 2012 and a rock-- earth volume of 240 ×10^4m^3 has been filled so far. The field test has proved that the filling quality is satis-factory.
