摘要
设计了一种光电转换跟踪和太阳轨道跟踪相结合的太阳光实时复合跟踪系统,文中介绍了该系统的工作原理与设计。系统控制部分主要包括接收装置、信号处理电路和信号控制电路,最后由控制电路输出的信号带动步进电机运转,达到太阳光跟踪的目的。该装置以C8051F040单片机为检测控制核心,采用光电跟踪和太阳光轨道跟踪两种跟踪模式,即使在太阳光强度并不是很充足的条件下也可以精确的跟踪太阳光,两种跟踪模式相互补充,大大提高了太阳光的利用率。该系统跟踪精度高,实用性强。
This paper designs a sun real-time composite system which combines photo-electric conversion tracking and sun orbit track- ing, introduces the working principle and the design of this system. The control sections mainly include receiving device, signal pro- cessing circuit and signal control circuit, in which the stepper motor operation is driven by control circuit output signal to achieve the purpose of solar tracking. This device, taking C8051F040 SCM as the detecting control core and adopting two modes of photoelectric tracking and solar tracking, can track the sun accurately even when the sunlight intensity is not in enough conditions. The two kinds of tracking modes complement each other, which has greatly improved the utilization of sunlight. The system has accurate tracking and high practicability.
