摘要
在光束聚焦系统中,通常采用检测反射光强来判断光束的会聚状况。本文利用高敏感度PIN光电二极管作为光强检测器件,通过AT89S51单片机对AD转换后的光强数字信号存储、比较,根据光强变化来调整电机转向,进而带动联动装置改变聚焦镜位置,实现光束的自动聚焦。这种电机控制方法属于闭环控制,该系统可以实现在一定范围内不同距离的光束自动聚焦调制。
In the beam focusing system, the convergence condition of beam is usually determined by detecting reflection light intensity. This article uses high sensitivity PIN photodiode as the light intensity detection device, accomplishes the storage and comparison of the light intensity digital signal after AD transform through AT89SS1 SCM and adjusts the motor steering based on the light intensity change, so as to drive interlocks to change the position of focusing lens and realize beam auto focusing. This is a kind of closed-loop control and this system can realize beam auto focusing modulation within different distances.
