论大学生村官对农村政治生态环境的影响

Research on the Influences of College Students' Serving as a Village Officer on Rural Political Ecological Environment

我国近年来将大学生村官计划作为国家战略性计划,在全国各省市广泛推行,引导超过20万大学生村官深入农村基层开展工作。大学生村官面对农村基层复杂的局面,将成长为中国农村基层最具有潜力的高知识人才,成为未来很长一段时间内农村基层治理的重要支撑和中坚力量,深刻改变现有农村思想文化落后、政治文明不完善的局面,对农村政治生态环境的影响是深远的。这具体体现在大学生村官有助于革新农村基层治理模式、促进农村基层党组织健全发展、强化村级干部的行政能力、提升村级组织的响应性、农村社会管理创新等多个方面。

The plan for college students＇ serving as village officers is considered as a strategic plan of our country in recent years, which is being practiced widely in every province and city all over the country. More than 200 thousands of college students serving as village officers work in rural primary-level units. Confronted with the complicated circumstance of primary-level units, college students serving as village officers will be the most potential talents equipped with advanced knowledge, and the most important support and backbone force in governance of the primary-level units in rural areas for a long time in the future. Deep transformations of village＇ s ex- isting backward culture and unperfected political civilization have profound influences on the rural political ecological environment, and it is reflected concretely in many aspects that college students serving as village officers contribute to reform the governance patteru of rural primary-level units, promote the healthy development of rural primary-level Party organizations, enhance the administrative capac- ity of village＇ s officers, improve the responsiveness of village＇ s political organization and innovate the village＇ s social management.
