摘要 以研究中小企业融资难、拓宽融资渠道问题为立足点,分析了安徽省中小企业的发展概况和现阶段存在的主要问题,阐述了安徽省中小企业融资需求的现状和特点,以此作为中小商业银行融资产品营销策略研究的依据,在此基础上提出了用细分策略解决同质化竞争现象、加大金融产品的创新力度、用价值链视角构建核心竞争力和建立中小商业银行战略联盟等营销对策。 In order to study the difficult financing problem in small and medium-sized enterprises and to broaden the financing channels,this paper analyzes the development situation and the main problems existing at the present stage in small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province,explains the current situation and characteristics of financing demand in small and medium-sized enterprises so as to study the marketing strategies of financing products of small and medium-sized business banks,based on the research above,it puts forward the marketing strategies of solving the phenomenon of homogeneous competition by the subdivision strategy,increasing financial product innovation,building core competitive power with the view of value chain and establishing strategic alliance of small and medium-sized commercial banks.
