台胞在大陆就医医疗保险衔接机制探讨

Discussion on the Convergence of Medical Insurance Mechanism of China Taiwan Residents Taking Medical Treatment on the Mainland

医疗保险的异地就医管理是全球性难题。两岸同胞在相似的民情与背景下,探讨在医疗健康领域的合作,对保障和改善两岸民生福祉具有积极意义。本文以台胞在大陆就医健康保险制度如何衔接为切入点,剖析了两岸医疗保险制度发展背景的差异性,对现行制度的潜在障碍进行探讨,在此基础上提出了制度衔接的可行性模式及相应的对接机制。

The management of receiving medical treatment from allopatry is a worldwide problem. With similar background of compatri- ots across the Taiwan Strait, the study of the cooperation in medical and health has a positive significance for protecting and improving livelihood welfare. This paper, by taking the convergence of medical insurance mechanism for Taiwan compatriots＇ receiving medical treatment on the mainland as the point of the study, analyzes the cross-Strait differences and discusses the underlying problems of cur- rent system, and based on it, provides the feasible modes and suitable convergence mechanism.
