从挂职锻炼的角度解析高校团干队伍建设

On the Construction of Communist Youth League Cadres in Colleges from the Perspective of Taking a Temporary Post in Grass-root Units

高校团干到县级团委挂职锻炼是由团中央与教育部党组联合发文提出的,作为团中央全力支持和推进团的基层组织建设和基层工作的一项重要工作。本文选取了在挂职这个大的背景下,关注高校的共青团干部队伍的成长建设,结合挂职锻炼的体验经历与主要做法,提出了高校团干队伍建设中存在的一些问题,对高校团建工作进行了一些启发性、探索性的探讨。

As an important task to promote grass-root work and construction, taking temporary posts for Communist Youth League ca- dres in colleges in County Youth League Committees is put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Education. From the perspective of their taking temporary posts in grass-root units, this paper focuses on the construction of Communist Youth League cadres in colleges, and combining with real experience and practice, analyzes some relevant problems, ho- ping to provide some instructive and exploratory references.
