高校实验教师专业发展现状的分析

Status Quo Analysis of the Professional Development of College Experiment Teaching Staff

该文采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对南京某教学型高校的实验教师的专业发展现状进行了调查,从实验教学与管理的态度与满意度、实验教学内容与方法、实验研究、教学反思以及所需提高的方面进行了统计分析,并结合调查结果,对实验教师的培养以及实验教学工作建设提出相应的建议。

With the method of questionnaires and interviews,this paper conducted a survey on the status quo of the professional development of college experiment teaching staff in one university in Nanjing. Data collected from the following areas were analyzed in a statistical way: attitudes and satisfactions toward experiment teaching,the contents and methods of experiment teaching,the studies of experiments,teaching reflections and teachers' needs. Some suggestions are proposed to cultivate experiment teaching staffs and strengthen experiment teaching based on the results of survey.
