摘要
职业教育项目课程改革并不意味着对知识性教学的抛弃,而是要求从工作任务出发,对知识性教学内容加以甄别,对教学方法加以改进。就导游职业教育而言,通过田野调查,在明确旅游行业对导游能力要求的基础上,梳理出相应的陈述性知识和程序性知识体系,并针对不同类型的知识内容采用差异性的项目课程教学方法。
Project-based curriculum reform of vocational education does not mean abandoning knowledge teaching but discriminating knowledge teaching content from aspect of work task and improving teaching methods. As for tour guide vocational education, this paper puts forward that relative declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge systems could be patterned out and thus using different project-based curriculum teaching methods based on field work on tour guides' ability demand from tourism industry.
