Survey on the Implementation Efficacy of National Essential Medicines System in Community Health Service Centers of Futian District in Shenzhen

【目的】评价深圳市福田区社区健康服务中心（下称社康中心）基本药物制度的实施状况。【方法】随机抽取深圳市福田区10家健康中心，以自制的调查问卷调查收集全面实施基本药物制度前后辖区内社康中心基本药物的配备、诊疗人次的信息的基本药物实施情况及医务人员和居民对基本药物制度实施的满意度。【结果】实施零加成基本药物制度后社康中心基本药物的配备率均达到了100．0％；医务人员的工作量加大；居民对社康中心基本药物制度实施的满意度为73．2％，影响居民满意度的因素有深圳居住时间和对社康中心看病费用的态度。【结论】基本药物制度实施给患者带来益处，但合理用药还有待加强。基本药物制度的实施需进一步的宣传、完善和加强，以提高居民的满意度，并对医务人员进行合理的补偿。

[Objective] To evaluate the implementation of national essential medicines system in communi ty healthcare centers of Futian district in Shenzhen. [Methods] Ten community health service centers of Futian district in Shenzhen were randoinly selected. Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the implementa- tion of national essential medicines such as the allocation of national essential medicines, the number of diagno- sis and treatment and the satisfaction of medical staff and residents to the implementation of national essential medicines system in community healthcare centers of the district be{ore and after the comprehensive implemen- tation of national essential medicines system. [Results] After the comprehensive implementation of national es- sential medicines system, the percentage of essential drug allocation in 10 community health service centers reached 100.0~. And the work burden of medical staff became heavily than before. The satisfaction of resi- dents to the comprehensive implementation of national essential medicines system was 73.2O/oo, and the influ- ence factors of satisfaction were the time of living in Shenzhen and the attitude of the cost when seeing a doctor in the community health service centers. [Conclusion] The comprehensive implementation of national essential medicines system can benefit for patients, but the rational use of drugs should be strengthened. The imple- mentation of national essential medicines system should be further promoted, improved and strengthened in or- der to improve residents＇ satisfaction and compensate the medical workers reasonably.
