慢性HBV感染者外周血T-bet mRNA的表达及意义

Expression of T-bet mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Chronic HBV Infection and Its Significance

[目的]4g讨T-bet在慢性乙型肝炎发病过程中所起的作用。【方法】应用实时定量PCR检测37例CHB患者（CHB组）、12例慢性乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）携带者（HBV组）和20例健康对照者（对照组）外周血单个核细胞T—betmRNA的表达水平。【结果】CHB组T—betmRNA的表达水平明显高于HBV组和对照组（P均〈0．01）。HBV组T—betmRNA的表达水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。CHB重度组T—betmR—NA的表达水平明显高于CHB轻度组（P〈0．01）。【结论】T—bet在慢性HBV感染的不同状态具有差异性表达，其可能在机体抗HBV的免疫应答中发挥了重要的作用。

[Objective] To explore the role of T-bet in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B（CHB）. [Methods] The expression of T-bet mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 37 CHB patients, 12 chro- nic hepatitis B virus（HBV） carriers and 20 healthy controls were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. IRe- suits]T-bet mRNA expression in CHB group was significantly higher than that in chronic HBV carrier group（ P d0.01） and healthy control group（ P d0.01）. T-bet mRNA expression in chronic HBV carrier group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group（ P 〈0.05）. T-bet mRNA expression in severe CHB group was significantly higher than that in mild CHB group（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] T-bet has different ex- pression in different states of chronic HBV infection, which implies that it may play an important role in anti- HBV immune responses.
