Investigation and Studies of the Current Situation of Graduate Students' Communist Party Branch Construction

2012年为"基层组织建设年",研究生党建工作作为高校基层党组织的重要组成部分,具有十分重要的意义,笔者通过对天津科技大学研究生党支部建设中研究生党员作用、党支部设置模式、党支部制度建设、党支部活动情况等方面的调查分析,提出优化党支部设置模式、完善党支部制度建设、提升党支部工作实效、丰富党支部活动内容等建议,旨在规范与创新研究生党支部建设,更充分的发挥研究生党员的先锋模范带头作用与研究生党支部的战斗堡垒作用。

2012 was a year for ＂basic level organization construction＂.Graduate students’ Party building,as an important part of grass-roots party organization work in universities,is very important.The author,based on the investigation and analysis of the role of Party members,and the construction and activities to Tianjin University of Science and technology graduate student Party of the Party branches of the graduate students,put forward some suggestions for optimizing the Party branch construction and system,enhancing the Party branch working efficiency,and enriching Party branch activities.The purpose is to standardize and innovate the construction of graduate students’ Party branch,and help the Party members to play a more important role among the graduate students.
