基于韦伯社会分层理论的辅导员队伍建设探析 被引量:6

摘要 文章以韦伯的社会分层理论为框架支撑,从社会分层结构和社会流动两方面对辅导员队伍建设的瓶颈进行了分析,认为职业的专业化程度、发展前景同年轻化、高学历化的辅导员队伍对于职业期待间的落差,是制约队伍建设实效的主要原因。在此基础上,文章提出了应对之策,即高校应以"组织与个人发展目标的结合"和"辅导员核心竞争力的提高",来增强职业的吸引力,本着"事业留人"的原则,提升队伍建设的质量与水平。
