摘要
介绍复杂曲面零件多坐标数控加工方法,以及借助专业仿真切削软件来模拟检验编制的多轴数控加工刀路。以梅花滚筒零件为例,基于UG软件进行4轴加工工艺设计,针对8个型腔底面和侧面实现了可变轴曲面加工,并且使用VERICUT软件进行了仿真切削。
The muhi-axis NC machining method for complex surface parts was introduced, and multi axis NC machining tool path was simulated and tested with professional cutting simulation software. Taking plum blossom cylinder part as an example, based on UG software, 4 axis machining process design for the part was made. The 8 cavity bottom and side surfaces were implemented by variable axis surface machining, and the cutting simulations were realized with VERICUT software.
