摘要 采用ARM CortexTM-M3框架的STM32F103xC芯片做主处理器,利用Wincc组态监控的开放性,完成了基于Wincc组态软件的数据采集及控制模块开发。该模块在保证组态监控稳定、兼容、人机界面友好的前提下,可满足小规模、小批量、工艺流程简易的工业生产要求,既降低生产成本,又提高生产效率,同时,该数据采集及控制模块可以与其他工业控制器并存。 By using a STM32F103xC chip with ARM CortexTM-M3 framework as host processor, and utilizing openness of the WinCC configuration monitoring software, development of data acquisition and control module was completed based on the WinCC configuration software. On the premise of ensuring stable configuration monitoring, compatible and friendly machine-user interface, small-scale, small-amount and short process flow requirements in production process could be met by this module. Not only the production cost is decreased, but also the production efficiency is increased. At the same time, this data acquisition and control module can work together with other industrial controllers.
