轴类零件直径测量系统中摩擦驱动测力机构的设计

摘要 轴类零件直径快速精密测量系统专门用于检测轴类零部件直径和半径,其测量模块的设计质量直接影响整个仪器的测量精度。介绍了该系统的测试原理、测力机构选择及摩擦驱动测力机构的设计方法,分别从摩擦盘设计、调整机构设计和驱动机构设计等方面进行测力机构的设计,确保系统的测力大小及测量精度控制在允许的范围之内。 The rapid precision diameter-measuring systems for shaft parts were especially used to test diameters or the radius of the shaft parts. The precision of the whole device was significantly affected by such mass of the measuring module in design. The detecting principle of the system, the selection of the force-measuring mechanism, and the design method for friction-driven of force-measuring mechanism were introduced. The force-measuring mechanism was designed separately in aspects of friction disk, adjustment mechanism and. driven mechanism. The system is ensured that the measuring force and precision are controlled in the allowing range.
