摘要
目的探讨尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在顺铂所致肾毒性中的监控价值。方法将贵州小型猪随机分为对照组和模型组,2组行膀胱造瘘后,模型组给予4 mg/kg顺铂一次性腹腔注射,建立贵州小型猪肾毒性模型,对照组腹腔注射等量生理盐水。测定2组贵州小型猪注射顺铂前1 h,注射后1,3,6,24,48,96 h各时间点血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)含量和尿β2-MG含量。结果模型组尿β2-MG的变化早于血清BUN和Cr,与对照组同时间点比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论尿β2-MG是敏感性高的肾毒性指标。
Abstract: Objective To discuss the value of urine β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) for cisplatin nephrotoxicity in the monitoring process. Methods Guizhou miniature pigs were randomly divided into the control group and the model group. Guizhou miniature pig model of cisplatin nephrotoxicity was established by a single peritoneal injec- tion of cisplatin (4 mg/kg) after cystostomy, the control group was injected with equal normal saline. Serum nitro- gen ,creatinine and urine β2-MG were mensurated on the 1 st hour before injection and the 1st ,3rd ,6th ,24th ,48th, 96th hour after cisplatin injection. Results The changes of urine β2-MG of the model group were earlier than se- rum nitrogen and creatinine, there was significant difference compared with the control group(P〈0.01 ). Conclu- sion Urine β2-MG is a sensitive indicator of renal toxicity.
