电针对卒中后抑郁大鼠海马组织中单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究电针对卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠海马组织中单胺类神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)的影响。方法将造模成功的60只PSD大鼠随机分为治疗组、对照组和模型组,每组20只。治疗组大鼠取穴百会、神庭、神门(单侧)、内关(单侧),给予电针治疗,对照组予氟西汀胶囊水溶液灌胃治疗,模型组予等体积生理盐水灌胃,灌胃15 d后,观察3组大鼠的神经功能评分和海马组织中5-HT,NE,DA含量的变化。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后神经功能评分均显著低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组神经功能评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,治疗组和对照组大鼠海马组织中5-HT,NE,DA含量显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论电针能改善PSD大鼠神经功能障碍和抑郁症状,其机制可能与升高单胺类神经递质含量有关。 Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture on the levels of monoamine neurotrans- mitters including 5-HT, NE and DA in hippocampus of post-stroke depression (PSD) rats. Methods 60 rat mo- dels of PSD were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and model group, every group was 20 rats. Employed electroacupuncture treatment in Baihui ( DU20 ), Shenting ( DU24 ), unilateral Shenmen ( HT7 ) and unila- teral Neiguan(PC6) of treatment group rats. On the other hand, applied gavage in control group and model group using fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule solution and saline respectively. After 15 days treatment, observed the neurological function deficit and the levels of 5-HT, NE, DA in hippocampus of three groups rats. Results The scores of nerve function in the treatment group and the control group after treatment were lower than before treatment (P〈0.05). However, the neurological score of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group,the levels of 5-HT, NE, DA of the treatment group and the control group were obviously increased( P〈0.05 ), while there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture treatment can improve the nerve dysfunction and depressive symptoms of PSD rats, which may be related to increased monoamine neurotransmitter levels.
