骨膜促进兔子膝关节骨-肌腱结点愈合的影像评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的从影像学角度探讨骨肌腱结点愈合的相关机制,分析影像学在骨肌腱结点愈合研究中的作用。方法 30只新西兰成年大白兔,年龄为17周龄,随机将其分为对照组和骨膜组各15只。所选新西兰白兔将分别于手术后第5、9、13周取材,两组在每个时间段取材每次5只白兔,分别进行组织学和影像学检测。结果骨膜组和对照组手术后愈合相关机制通过组织学检测和影像学检测均能清晰反映,愈合进程结果对比:骨膜组在术后5周、9周修复较对照组快,两组术后13周新生骨均进入骨的再造及重塑阶段。骨膜组在新生骨愈合方面较对照组要快。结论影像学能够在骨肌腱节点愈合的相关研究中起重要的辅助作用。 Objective To discuss the mechanism of bone-tendon junction healing from the imaging point of view, and to evaluate the value of imaging in the study of bone-tendon junction healing. Methods Thirty New Zea- land adult rabbits, aged 17 weeks, were randomly divided into the control group and the periosteum group, with 15 rats in each group. Five rabbits were selected each 5, 9, 13 weeks after surgery in the two groups for histological and radiographic testing. Results Histological examination and imaging examination can clearly reflect the relevant heal- ing mechanism of the periosteum group and the control group after surgery. Five and 9 weeks after surgery, the healing of the periosteum group was faster than that of the control group. New bone was involved in the reconstruction and bone remodeling stage 13 weeks after surgery. The healing of new bone in the periosteum group was faster than that of the control group. Conclusion Imaging can play important role in the research of bone and tendon healing nodes.
