高压氧辅助治疗手足口病合并脑炎患儿60例疗效观察

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the adjuvant treatment of patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis

目的探讨高压氧辅助治疗重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿的临床效果。方法以2008年6月至2011年12月期间我院收治的120例重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为高压氧组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,高压氧组在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧辅助治疗,对疗效进行对比分析。结果高压氧组总有效率为96.6%,明显高于对照组的70.0%;高压氧组脑电图好转率为55.2%,高于对照组的35.7%;高压氧组头颅MRI改善率为50.0%,高于对照组的20.0%;高压氧组总伤残率为18.3%,低于对照组的35.0%,以上数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧辅助治疗可提高重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿的临床疗效及治愈率,降低其后遗症发生率及伤残率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the adjuvant trea^raent of patients with severn hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） combined with encephalitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with severe HFMD combined with encephalitis in the People＇s Hospital of Hainan Province from June 2008 to December 2011 were divid- ed into the Hyperbaric oxygen group and control group, with 60 patients in each group, The Hyperbaric oxygen group received conventional therapy plus hyperbaric oxygen treatment, while the control group received conventional therapy only. The clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rote in the Hyperbaric oxygen group was 96.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （70.0%）. The improvement rate of EEG in the Hyperbaric oxygen group was 55.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （35.7%）. The cure rate of brain MRI in the Hyperbaric oxygen group was 50.0%, significantly better than that of the control group （20.0%）. The sequela incidence was 18.33%, which was significantly decreased compared with the control group （35.0%）. The differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adjuvant hyperbaric oxygen treatment can improve the clinical effect and cure rote, reduce the incidence of sequel and the disability rate of patients with severe HFMD disease, which is worthy to be extended in clinical practice.
