"人肉搜索"是伴随第三次科技革命而为人们所熟知的一个名词。随着电子计算机、网络联通技术的日益发展,我们的生活、娱乐、工作以及各方面发生着翻天覆地的变化。网络作为一种生活方式日渐影响着我们的生活态度、追求以及人生价值。而在它必然发展的今天,许多避之不及的问题也如洪水一般侵袭而来。最为根本的就是法律问题。将围绕网络隐私权中"人肉搜索"这一问题进行探讨,结合我国当前法律现状,阐述相关法律知识,进而达到对权利的保护及对侵害的制止。

The paper, with ＂human flesh search＂ in network privacy right as the focus, and in view of the current law in our country, discusses relevant knowledge about law so as to protect rights and stop infringement.
