摘要
印度纳萨尔派武装的崛起,是影响印度"大国崛起"的一个重要因素。21世纪的第一个十年,印度纳萨尔派武装日益活跃,其影响也在不断扩大。虽然目前看来,印度纳萨尔派武装在全国范围内夺取政权的可能性微乎其微,但其活动却能严重地恶化印度的国内安全形势,并掣肘印度的社会经济发展。纳萨尔派武装不同于印度其他的许多极端主义组织,它有一套完整的意识形态理论指导,因而印度各种社会不公、社会矛盾都能为其利用,成为其生存、发展的土壤,因而印度政府同纳萨尔派武装的斗争注定是一个长期的过程。
India's Maoist insurgency has great impact on India's rise as a great power.During the first decade of the 21st century , Maoists have become increasingly active and influential.Although it seems totally unlikely for Maoists to seize political power , their activities seriously spoil the domestic situation of the country and constrain India's capacity to step up social and economic developments.And unlike other extremist groups , Maoists are guided by an articulated ideology and justify their survival and struggle by making use of various social conflicts.Thus how to address the Maoist insurgency is bound to be a prolonged problem.
