摘要
为了稳定房地产市场,促进房地产市场健康发展,我国采取了一系列的楼市调控措施,其中包括货币紧缩政策、增加保障房供给、严控土地供给等,多数房地产企业出现了资金链紧张的问题,包括楼市低迷,资金不能及时回笼等,文章从房地产资金来源出发,分析房地产资金困境的原因,从而对解决房地产资金链问题进行探讨。
In order to stabilize the real estate market,to promote,its healthy development increasinyt the sup ply of affordable housing and strictly controlling land suppy,our country has taken a series of market regula tion measures,including monetary tightening policy.so most real estate companies have capital chain tension,including the property market downturn,and thit the funds can not be withdrawn from circulation in a timely manner,this paper attempts to start from the real estate funding sources,make an analysis of the reasons of real estate funds plight,and thus try to solve the problem of real estate capital chain.
