Causes and Countermeasures of Safety Accidents in Mines

煤炭企业是高投入、高风险、高危险的行业;开采煤炭过程中,由于井下生产的环境特性、技术设备的局限性、从业人员文化水平低、监管体制漏洞等不利因素的影响,导致安全事故频发;因此煤矿安全事故的预防和遏制一直受到重视。文章分析了煤矿安全事故的形成原因,并提出了建议对策。

Coal industry is characteristics of high costs and high risks. In coal mining, frequent accidents are caused by many adverse factors, including underground environment, limited equipments, low-literate staff, weak monitoring system, and other factors. Therefore, the accident prevention has been taken seriously for a long time. The paper analyzed the causes of the mine accidents and proposed some corresponding eotmtermeasures.
