基于DEA的河南省二级以上医院相对效率评价

Evaluation of Second-grade Hospitals in Henan Province Based on the Relative Efficiency of DEA

目的采用数据包络分析法评价河南省二级以上医院的相对效率,为医院管理者制定改善措施提供依据。方法采用数据包络分析法对最终指标进行处理。结果医院投入指标和产出指标减少或增加的比值范围分别为7.49%～14.85%和0.33%～30.72%。结论构建了较完善的DEA指标筛选和评价体系。河南省二级以上医院不同地市间运营效率分布不均。

Objective Using data envelopment analysis method to evaluate relative efficiency of se-cond-grade hospitals in Henan province,and to provide basis for hospital managers to make the improvement measures.Methods Using data envelopment analysis method to deal with the final index.Results Hospitals input and output index to reduce or increase the ratio of the range.Conclusion Second-grade hospitals construct more perfect DEA indicator of screening and evaluation system.And the hospital operation efficiency distribution is different between different cities.
