干涉仪相位差测量精度及其影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 准确获取接收通道间信号的相位差信息是干涉仪高精度测向的重要条件之一。针对这一问题建立了相应的数学模型,在频域求解的基础上,对干涉仪相位差测量所能达到的精度进行了理论分析,讨论了信号综合载噪比、测量持续时间、频域噪声与干扰分布等影响测量精度的主要因素,并通过仿真进行了有效性验证,这对于干涉仪测向实际工程应用具有一定的参考意义。 It is one of the significant conditions for precise direction measurement to get the phase difference between the channels of the interferometer. The mathematic model is established for this problem. After the result is calculated in frequency domain, the theory analysis about this is completed. The main infection factors for precision, including C/nz, measuring duration, noise and interference distributing in frequency domain and so on, are discussed. Then the validity is proved through the simulation. It is very important for direction measurement engineering application.
