摘要
2-取代-1H-咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]菲咯啉是合成三阶非线性光学材料金属多吡啶络合物的关键中间体。本文以1,10-菲咯啉-5,6-二酮为原料,与各种醛经缩合反应合成7个2-取代-1H-咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]菲咯啉配体,其结构经UV、1H NMR确证,收率为21.0%~74.3%,具有反应条件温和,操作简单,原料易得的优点。
2 -substituted - t H - imidazo [ 4,5 - f ] [ 1, 10 ] phenanthroline was the key intermediate to synthesis of third - order nonlinear optics materials and metal polypyridine complexes. A series of 7 2 - substituted - 1H - imidazo [ 4, 5- f] [ 1,10 ] phenanthroline ligands were prepared from 1,10 -Phenanthroline -5,6 -dione by the condensation reaction with aldehydes. Their structures were confirmed by UV and 1H NMR. The yields were 21.0% - 74.3% , with the advantages of mild reaction condition, simple operation, and easy to get raw materials.
