摘要
对苎麻茎秆木屑进行阳离子化接枝改性,考察原苎麻茎秆木屑与阳离子化改性苎麻茎秆木屑在吸附剂用量、吸附时间、染料浓度、溶液温度、溶液pH值各因素对活性艳红X-3B溶液染料吸附率的影响。实验结果表明经阳离子化改性后苎麻茎秆木屑的吸附性能明显提高。吸附温度和溶液pH值对阳离子化改性苎麻茎秆木屑吸附活性艳红X-3B溶液染料影响不大;最佳吸附条件为当染液容量为50 mL时,苎麻茎杆木屑用量为1.0 g,吸附时间为45 min,染料浓度0.5 g/L,吸附率达到99%。
Ramie caudex sawdust was modified by cationic agent, and the original and modified ramie caudex sawdust were treated to adsorb the Reactive Brilliant Red X- 3B solution under a serial of factors, including the sawdust weight, treating time, dye concentration, solution temperature, pH value of dye solution. The results showed that the adsorption rate of cationic ramie caudex sawdust was noticeably higher than the original. The factors of the adsorption temperature and the pH value of the solution did not affect the adsorption performance. Besides, the optimal conditions for treatment the dye solution (50 mL) were 1.0 g of the cationic sawdust, 45 min, and 0.5 g/L of the dye concentration, and the adsorption rate was 99%.
