HPLC法测定枳实不同炮制品中有效成分的含量

Study on the Contents of Effective Components in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and its Processed Products by HPLC

建立了同时测定枳实有效成分的HPLC法:汉邦Phecda C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为2%HAC溶液(A)-甲醇(B)的梯度洗脱;流速1 mL.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长283 nm。结果表明:各物质的分离度良好,可用于测定枳实不同炮制品的含量。该方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于枳实药材的质量控制,为该药的质量评价提供依据。

An HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of effective components in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus from different places and their different processed products to provide the basis for drug quality assessment. The analytical method was carried out with Hanbang Phecda C18 column （4. 6 mm ×150 mm, 5 μm） column. The mobile phase consisted of 2% HAC solution （A） -methanol （B）gradient elution as flow rate of 1 mL· min^ -1 The detection wavelength was 283 nm, column temperature of 30 ℃. The good separation of various substances can be used to control the content of the different processed products of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. This method was simple, accurate, reliable, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
