摘要
采用超高效液相色谱仪(Waters Acquity UPLC,PDA检测器),以乙腈-水(0.1%乙酸)(体积比50∶50)为流动相,选用ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C18(50.0 mm×2.1 mm i.d.,1.7μm)色谱柱,在280 nm波长下,对2-[3-(三氟甲基)苯氧基]烟酸原药进行定性定量分析。结果表明:2-[3-(三氟甲基)苯氧基]烟酸浓度在1.0～100.2 mg/L范围内,方法线性相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.36%,平均回收率为99.77%。
A method was described for separation and quantitative of 2 - [ 3 - （Trifluoromethyl） phenoxy ] nicotinic acid TC by UPLC with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and water solution containing acetic acid （0. 1%, 50： 50, by vol）, ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH Cls （50. 0 mm ×2. 1 mm i. d. , 1.7 μm） column at 280 nm wavelength. The assay exhibited a good linearity in 2 - [ 3 - （Trifluoromethyl）phenoxy] nicotinic concentration ranged from 1.0 to 100. 2 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9999, the relative standard deviation was 0. 36%, and the average recovery was 99.77%.
