摘要 介绍了2×145 t/h锅炉烟气氨法脱硫工程的反应原理、工程设计主要参数和设备。塔内饱和结晶工艺技术的控制原理。项目的运行状况和工程的经济性分析。同时结合项目设计和运行过程存在的问题进行分析,为氨法脱硫技术在以后的工程中提供一些借鉴。 The reaction principle, engineering design of the main parameters and equipment of 2×145t/h boiler flue gas ammonia desulphurization were introduced. The tower saturated crystallization technology in process control theory. The economy analysis of operation condition of the project and engineering was carried out. At the same time, combined with the project design and operation process analysis of existing problems, it provided some reference to the ammonia desulphurization technology in engineering.
