Through the observation of the phenomenon of leakage and set system parameters, by the way of analysis and numerical calculation of variation of M factor, the accurate analysis of the causes from several aspects of whole system process device, equipment on - line monitoring and so on was researched. Then the unit can run to overhaul stably by the way of taking operation adjustment and maintenance measures, so the losses of unplanned shutdown will be reduced.
