摘要
某石油化工装置刚投产,发现两台进料泵出现相似的振动超标现象,通过对两台设备进行监测和研究,发现引发振动的主要原因由于叶轮与导叶轮之间间隙过小,产生高频流体激振现象。根据叶轮切割定律理论,采用叶轮切割法以增大间隙从而消除振动故障,泵的运行状态正常。
A petrochemical plant was just put into operation and found a single feed pump similar to excessive vibration, through monitoring and research of the two devices, the major causes of vibration were due to the small gap between the impeller and impeller, and generated high frequency phenomena of flow - induced vibrations. According to the theory of impeller cutting law, adopting the impeller cutting method to increase the gap to eliminate vibration fault, the running status of the pump was normal.
