摘要
介绍了延安炼油厂300 kt/a液化气脱硫脱硫醇装置概况以及制约装置长周期运行的主要问题:胺液氧化降解变质发泡;脱硫醇塔界位模糊不清;胺液再生塔操作困难;水洗罐结垢;精制液化气带胺、带碱。改造后降低了装置能耗,提高了装置处理能力,延长了装置检修周期。
The device profile of Yan＇an refineries 300000 t/a refining unit and the major problems in the operation of amine degradation of metamorphic foam, sweetening tower sector - blurred, regeneration tower of amine liquid operation difficulty, washed cans scaling, liquefied gas with amine and alkali were introduced. After the transformation, it would reduce the energy consumption, improve the handing ability and prolong the repairer cycle of the device.
