炼油厂60万吨/年重整装置节能降耗措施研究

摘要 炼油工业作为能源加工的重要环节和能源消耗的大户,实施节能降耗已是当下的紧迫任务。对某炼厂60万t/a连续重整装置的能耗结构进行分析,得出其能耗较高的原因在于部分工序传热温差大、四合一炉效率不足、低温余热回收利用不充分。为此,提出了节能措施包括改进蒸发塔进料预热流程、提高四合一炉效率、与柴油加氢改质装置热联合及优化低温余热回收等。节能改造后,该装置1 MPa蒸汽输入量由15.2 t/h降至9.2 t/h,综合能耗由105.32 kgEo/t降至99.06 kgEo/t,达到国内领先水平。 With the important roles in energy processing and the large scale of energy consumption, the oil refining industry was facing with the urgent task of saving energy currently. The energy consumption structure of a continuous reforming unit with an annual capacity of 0.6 million tons was analyzed. Accordingly, energy saving measures were studied and proposed, including improving the preheating process of the evaporation tower feed, the efficiency of the combination furnace, heat - integrating with the diesel hydro - upgrading unit and optimizing the low temperature waste heat recovery. Finally, the 1 MPa steam input amount of the unit was decreased from 15.2 t/h to 9.2 t/h, and the total energy consumption dropped from 105.32 kgEo/t to 99.06 kgEo/t.
