班导师在提升学生专业能力方面的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Class Tutors in Improving Students' Professional Ability

本科生班导师制是对目前高校辅导员管理体制的有力补充。本文结合我校化工系推行本科生班导师制的实际情况,分析了班导师在提升大学生专业能力中的工作着眼点,并以本人工作的案例对如何挖掘大学生的专业潜力,让大学生了解专业、爱上专业提出了建议。

The undergraduate tutorial system was a powerful supplement of college counselor management system at present. With the generalization of characteristics of freshmen in engineering and analysis on signification and of the work of the class tutors, based on the working system of tutor in our school, the essentials of class tutors in improving the students＇ professional ability were expounded and some relative work experience was generalized.
