The necessity of implement education of innovation and enterprise in the organic chemistry teaching was analyzed. How to implement education of innovation and enterprise in the organic chemistry teaching was put forward through developing students＇ consciousness of innovation and pioneering, developing students＇ thinking of innovation and pioneering, training students＇ method of innovation and pioneering, training students＇ ability of innovation and pioneering. It can provided some valuable ideas to other colleges and universities in the integration of professional basic course and the creative and enterprise education.
