摘要
针对以气液增力缸为核心的冲压系统在工业应用中的压力误差控制问题,提出一种以PLC控制器为核心的自动压力控制系统。分析该系统的组成及其特点,通过最小二乘法估计的算法思想对复杂控制系统进行简化,建立了压力自动控制系统、中央控制系统处理模拟量和比例控制过程,并给出了程序代码。实验结果证明:该系统明显提高了反应速度,降低了成本,不仅能满足控制性能的要求,也可以推广到类似系统上使用。
Aimed at stamping cylinder as the core of gas-liquid system pressure error control problems in industrial application, put forwards a kind of automatic pressure control system with PLC controller as the core. The composition and characteristics of the system was analyzed. Simplify the complex control system by the least squares estimation. Established the automatic pressure control system, the central control system to deal with analog and the proportional control process, and the program code was given. Experimental results show that the system significantly improves the response speed and reduce the cost. It is not only satisfy the requirement of control performance, but also be extended to work on similar system.
