摘要
随着发动机涡轮前进口温度越来越高,设计好的预旋结构,并准确地进行预旋结构的流体动力计算尤为重要。针对发动机中普遍使用的叶栅型预旋结构,采用商业软件CFX对某种叶栅型预旋喷嘴流动进行了数值模拟计算;根据2种叶栅型预旋喷嘴的试验结果,分析了叶栅型预旋喷嘴的流动特点,同时总结了1套关于叶栅型预旋结构的流体动力计算和预旋相关参数的计算方法,并编制了计算程序。结果表明:用该方法计算得到的预旋相关参数变化规律与真实物理特性相一致。
With the increasing of the turbine inlet temperature , it is particularlyimportant to design a good pre-swirl structure and complete accuratly fluid dynamic calculation for pre-swirl structure. Aiming at the universal using cascade vanes pre-swirl structure of aeroengine, the numerical simulation of a cascade pre-swirl nozzle flow was executed using the commercial software CFX. The characteristics of cascade vanes pre-swirl nozzle were analyzed based on the test results of two cascade vanes pre-swirl nozzle. A set of calculation methods for fluid dynamic calculations of cascade vanes pre-swirl structure and pre- swirl parameters were summarized and the computer program was compiled . The results show that the variation rules of the pre-swirll parameters are consistent with reality physical characteristics by the method.
