摘要
本文对中华绒螯蟹抱卵颜色为异常的粉红色与土黄色进行了分析。实验结果表明,逐渐加入海水与直接排光淡水、加入海水的两种促产方式和较低的交配水温(1.6~9℃)不会造成河蟹抱卵颜色异常,雌蟹的性腺发育状况是产生这种现象的原因,粉红色卵与土黄色卵是由性腺处于Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的雌蟹产的,为受精卵。两种卵胚胎发育正常,孵出的幼体发育也正常,在生产中可以应用。
This paper analyzed the abnormal pink and yellowish brown hatching eggs of Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis . The results showed that two induced spawning methods of adding seawater gradually and draining off freshwater and adding seawater directly, as well as relatively low mating water temperature (1.6 - 9℃) would not cause the abnormal colors of the hatching eggs. The reason causing the phenovmenon was the developmental state of the sexual glands of female crabs. The pink and yellowish brown eggs were fertilized eggs, produced by the female crabs whose sexual glands were at the stage II and stage III . The embryo and larvae of the eggs were normal, and the eggs could be used in production.
