摘要
发电机定子绕组由于组装工艺和质量存在缺陷、长期运行中振动或短路故障等影响,将会使线棒松动,尤其是对于一些长期超铭牌运行或线负荷过高的大容量机组,问题更为严重。一些早期出厂的机组,槽楔和垫块采用木材或酚醛层压纸板制成,运行中在高温的长期作用下,由于材料逐渐收缩也会造成线棒松动。线棒松动会使主绝缘被磨损、从而使线棒损坏引起发电机故障,特别是一些弹性较差的主绝缘材料更易磨损,因此在大修检查中如发现线棒松动,必须立即采取措施予以解决。
Generator stator due to the assembly problems, quality defects and vibration or short faults in the long run, the winding bar would be looseness, especially to the large capacity and heavy load units, the problems would be more serious. Some old units, their slot wedge and skid were be made by wood and phenolic paper laminate, that would make winding bar loose when operated in high tem- perature environment because the material shrink. The winding bar looseness would result to insulation wear then winding bar damage ultimately lead to generator faults. Especially some main insulation which got poor elasticity, would be easier to wearing out. Hence, the bar looseness must be solved once found out in the overhaul inspection.
