油松单亲本子代测定和优良家系的选择 被引量:1

摘要 根据20年生油松单亲本子代测定林试验结果,参试的39个家系的树高、胸径性状差异明显。确定了以算术平均数加n倍标准差作为评价个体家系优劣的划分标准。从中选择了生长表现优良、遗传稳定性高的优良家系,即关45,初15,关21,初10.并对39个家系生长性状做了遗传增益的估算,其树高遗传增益为14.18%,胸径遗传增益达17.24%.这对油松初级种子园良种繁育的成效以及建立升级换代种子园具有重大意义。 A single-parent progeny test of 20 year Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. was analyzed and genetic gain of 39 families were evaluated. The results showed that the differences of height and DBH were significant between 39 families. Mean + ns was determined as division standard to evaluate family. Guan-d5, Chu-15, Guan-21, Chu-lO were chosen as fine families which presented better growth and higher genetical stability. The genetic gain of the tree height was 14.18% ,and the diameter was 17.24%. These would have great significance for fine variety breeding in the primary seed orchard and upgrade of the seed orchard.
