摘要
为提高火箭发动机装填系数,增大火箭射程,提出了星形串联装药的结构,给出了此装药的初始燃烧面、初始通气参量、体积装填系数与装药几何尺寸之间的数学关系,并根据某火箭发动机的装药参数,计算了星形串联装药内弹道特性参数。设计及计算结果表明,星形串联装药能增大发动机装药量,降低通气参量,提高发动机总冲、推力等。
In order to improve the rocket motor loading factor, increase the range, the star tandem grain structure was put forward. Mathe-matical relationships among initial combustion area, initial aerate parameter, volume backfill coefficient and grain geometry were provided. Parameters of interior ballistic performance of star tandem grain were calculated by using grain parameters of a rocket motor. The results of the calculation and design show that the star tandem grain can increase the engine grain weight, reduce ventilation parameters to improve the engine total impulse and thrust.
