一种毫米波低副瓣微带天线阵列的设计与仿真 被引量:5

摘要 针对降低毫米波段微带天线的副瓣电平,提出了一种角馈方形微带贴片天线阵。在分析毫米波频段阻抗变换段与传输线之间存在不连续而导致阻抗失配和设计频率偏移这一突出问题的基础上,确定了馈线与输入阻抗、谐振频率的关系,利用HFSS软件优化馈线和阻抗变换段的宽度,实现了阻抗匹配和天线谐振频率的调整。仿真表明,设计的6×10元谐振式角馈方形微带阵列是一种低造价、实用性强的低副瓣电平毫米波天线。 To reduce side-lobe level of a millimeter wave microstrip antenna array,a kind of corner feeding square microstrip antenna was put forward.Based on analyzing discontinuity between quarter-wavelength transformers and transmission line which leads impedance mismatch and frequency offset,the relationship of the feeder,the input impedance and resonant frequency was determined,and width of feeder and impedance converter was optimized using HFSS software.At last,impedance matching was realized and resonant frequency was adjusted.Simulation results show that the 6 x10 units resonant corner feeding square microstrip array is a kind of low cost,strong practicability millimeter wave antenna with low side-lobe.
