高填充细观模型不确定性及其表征

摘要 颗粒填充细观模型的不确定性及其对宏观等效性能的影响是国内外研究的重点问题之一。文中以填充分数较高的固体推进剂为应用背景,基于随机样本的二重性研究了颗粒数目的随机性和填充分数的约束不完整性;针对颗粒数目一定、空间分布不确定,提出了子域形心表征方法。在Matlab平台下集成Abaqus/Python二次开发技术,构建了固体推进剂细观模型不确定性影响分析的平台。结合某试验配方的算例表明,1)在填充分数和颗粒尺寸、数目均一定的条件下,颗粒空间分布的随机性导致初始模量呈正态分布;2)子域形心结合图像表示可直观、有效表征颗粒的空间分布特征。 For particle-filled micro model, indeterminacy and its influence on equivalent macro performance are emphasized by domestic and foreign researchers. Taking the high filling-proportion of propellant into account, randomcity of particle amount and nonintegrated fill- ing-proportion was discussed based on duality of random sample. Then subdomains-centroid method was put forward to characterize the space distribution of given number of particles. Subsequently, user-defined technique of Abaqus/Python was used to study indeterminacy and its influence, in the frame of Matlab software. The results of verification test indicate, 1 ) randomcity of space distribution results in of equivalent modulus, on the condition of given number, and 2) subdomains-centroid method is intuitionistic and effective to characterize spare distribution.
