摘要
对蒙古某铜钼矿石进行选矿工艺试验研究。通过铜钼混选-铜钼混精再磨后铜钼分离的选别工艺流程及合理的药剂制度,使辉钼矿和黄铜矿得到充分的合理的回收。试验获得铜精矿含铜品位为26.82%、铜回收率为95.88%,钼精矿含钼品位为52.81%、钼回收率为84.11%。
Based on the mineral processing technological research on a copper --molybdenum ore. The tech- nology flowsheet of regrinding copper--molybdenum bulk flotation and copper--molybdenum bulk concentrate to separate copper and molybdenum, at the same time, find a reasonable reagent system to recover the molybdenit and chalcopyrite absolutely. The test result in copper concentrate containing 26.82% copper and 95.88 % copper recovery rate, and molybdenum concentrate containing 52.18% molybdenum and with 84.11%molybdenum recovery rate.
